Tumis Udang Saus Merah – Sauteed Shrimp In Red Sauce

TUMIS UDANG SAUS MERAH – SAUTEED SHRIMP IN RED SAUCE

Bahan/ingredients:
250 gr udang ukuran sedang, kupas sisakan ekor dan belah punggung buang urat hitamnya.. 250 gr of medium-sized shrimp, peeled the remaining tail and split back black veins.
20 biji petai, belah, 20 pcs stinky bean, split.
1 buah cabe hijau, iris serong. 1 pcs of green chili, sliced ​​oblique.
1 buah cabe merah, iris serong. 1 pcs of red chili, sliced ​​oblique.

Bumbu halus/ground spice:
4 buah bawang merah. 4 pcs of shallot.
2 siung bawang putih. 2 cloves of garlic.
½ sdm cabe merah giling. ½ tbsp ground red chili.
2 buah kemiri sangrai. 2 pcs roasted candlenut.
½ sdm pasta tomat. ½ tbsp tomato paste.
½ sdt ketumbar bubuk. ½ tsp coriander.
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp pepper powder.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
2 sdm minyak olive untuk menumis. 2 tbsp olive oil for saute.

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan air, masukkan udang dan rebus 30 detik, tiriskan. Boil water, add shrimp and boil 30 seconds, drain.
2. Haluskan bumbu, tumis hingga harum dan bumbu berubah merah matang. Blend the seasoning, stir-fry until fragrant and the spices turn red.
3. Masukkan cabe dan petai , aduk 1 menit, masukkan udang masak 1 menit dan angkat. Siap dihidangkan. Add chili and petai, stir 1 minute, add cooked shrimp 1 minute and remove from heat. Ready to serve.
