Nasi Goreng Pedas – Spicy Fried Rice


NASI GORENG PEDAS – SPICY FRIED RICE

Untuk 1 porsi. For 1 porsion.

Bahan/ingredients:
200 gr nasi. 200 gr rice.
1 potong ayam goreng, suwir. 1 pcs of fried chicken, shredded.
1 butir telur ayam kampung kocok lepas. 1 pcs beaten farmer egg.
1 batang daun bawang, iris. 1 stalk of scallion, slice.
Bawang merah goreng untuk taburan. Fried shallot for topping.

Bumbu halus/ground spices:
9 buah cabai rawit merah. 9 pcs red cayenne.
½ sdm cabai giling. ½ tbsp ground chili.
1 butir kemiri sangrai. 1 psc roasted candlenut.
4 buah bawang merah. 4 pcs shallot.
1 siung bawang putih. 1 cloves of garlic.
¼ sdt terasi bakar. ¼ tsp of roasted belacan.
½ sdt gula merah. ½ tsp brown sugar.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
1 sdm minyak olive untuk menumis. 1 tbsp olive oil for saute.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum dan matang benar. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant and cooked.
2. Masukkan ayam suwir, masak 1 menit. Kecilkan api, masukkan nasi dan daun bawang, aduk hingga bumbu tercampur rata dengan nasi. Add shredded chicken, cook for 1 minute. Reduce the heat, add the rice and scallions, stir until the seasoning is mixed evenly with the rice.
4. Masukkan telur kocok, diamkan sesaat, aduk rata, masak sambil diaduk selama 1 menit. Add the beaten eggs, let stand for a moment, stir well, cook while stirring for 1 minute.
5. Nasi goreng siap disajikan panas dengan taburan bawang merah goreng. Fried rice is ready to be served hot with sprinkle fried shallot.
