Bakpao – Pao Bun


BAKPAO – PAO BUN

Bahan/Pao Bun ingredients:
500 gr tepung sedang protein. 500 gr medium protein flour. (Segitiga Biru)
1 bungkus ragi instant. 1 sachet instant yeast. Fermipan.
250 ml air mineral. 250 ml mineral water.
60 gr gula pasir. 60 gr granulated sugar.
1 sdt garam.1 tsp salt.
40 gr mentega. 40 gr butter. (Elle & Vire)

Cara/method:
1. Campur semua bahan kering. Combine dried ingredients.
2. Buat lubang di tengah bahan kering, tuang air sambil diaduk. Make a hole in the middle of dried ingredients, pour water while stirring.
3. Uleni hingga kalis. Knead the dough.
4. Tutup wadah dgn plastik dan diamkan 30 menit. Cover the bowl with plastic and let stand for 30 minutes.
5. Bagi adonan @50 gr dan pipihkan, lipat bentuk ½ lingkaran. Atau bakpao diisi dgn sesuai selera dna dibentuk sesuai selera Diamkan 10 menit. Divide the dough @50 gr and flatten, Fold the 1/3 circle shape. Or you can make stuffed with your choice filling and make shape as your desire. Let stand 10 minutes.

6. Panaskan kukusan dan kukus bakpao selama 10 menit. Preheat steamer and steam pao bun for 10 minutes.
7. Bakpao siap diisi dengan Babi Kecap. Pao is ready to be filled with braised pork in soy sauce.
