Chinese Beef Mun Tofu


CHINESE BEEF MUN TOFU

Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr daging sapi giling. 100 gr ground beef.
1 pak tahu sutra, kukus. 1 pack of silk tofu, steam.
30 gr paprika merah, potong kotak kecil. 30 gr red bell pepper, small cut.
30 gr paprika hijau, potong kotak kecil. 30 gr green bell pepper, small cut.
1 buah wortel, potong sesuai selera dan rebus. 1 pcs of carrot, cut to taste and boiling.
1 buah brokoli, potong dan rebus. 1 pcs of broccoli, cut and boiling.
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus. 2 cloves of garlic, finely chop.
1 sdt jahe cincang. 1 tsp chopped ginger.
100 ml air panas. 100 ml hot water.
½ sdm minyak olive + ½ sdm minyak wijen untuk menumis. ½ tbsp olive oil + ½ tbsp sesame oil for saute.

Bumbu/seasoning:
½ sdm arak masak. ½ tbsp cooking wine. Xao Xing.
½ sdm saus tiram. ½ tbsp oyster sauce.
½ sdm kecap asin. ½ tbsp soy sauce.
Lada hitam kasar secukupnya. Some coarse black pepper.
2 sdt tapioka + 1 sdm air utk pengental. 2 tsp tapioca flour + 1 tbsp water for thickener.
2 batang daun bawang iris untuk taburan. 2 stalks of scallions for topping.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis jahe dan bawang putih hingga harum. Heat oil, saute ginger and garlic until fragrant.
2. Masukkan daging giling, aduk hingga berubah warna, masukkan arak masak dan aduk. Masukkan bumbu dan paprika, aduk. Add ground beef, stir until changing color, add cooking wine and stir. Add seasoning and bell pepper, stir.
3. Masukkan air. Biarkan mendidih, masukkan larutan pengental dan aduk hingga kental. Add water. Let it boil, add the thickening solution and stir until thick.
4. Letakkan tahu, brokoli dan wortel diatas piring, siramkan daging diatas tahu dan taburi daun bawang. Mun Tofu siap disajikan panas. Place the tofu, broccoli and carrots on a plate, pour the meat on the tofu and sprinkle the scallions. Mun Tofu is ready to be served hot.
