Tumis Cumi Saus Tiram – Squid With Oyster Sauce Stir Fry


TUMIS CUMI SAUS TIRAM – SQUID WITH OYSTER SAUCE STIR FRY

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ekor cumi ukuran besar, kupas kulit, gurat dan potong sesuai selera. 1 pcs of large size squid, pell the skin, slit and cut to taste.
40 gr paprika merah, iris. 40 gr red bell pepper, slice.
40 gr paprika hijau, iris. 40 gr green bell pepper, slice.
3 siung bawang putih geprak, 3 cloves of crushed garlic.
5 iris jahe. 5 slices of ginger.
½ sdm minyak olive untuk menumis. ½ tbsp olive oil for saute.

Bumbu/seasoning:
½ sdm arak masak. ½ tbsp cooking wine. (Xao Xing)
½ sdm saus tiram. ½ tbsp oyster sauce.
2 sdt kecap asin. 2 tsp soy sauce.
Lada hitam kasar secukupnya. Some coarse black pepper.

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan air, masukkan cumi 1 menit saja dan tiriskan. Boiling water, add the squid for 1 minutes and strain.
2. Panaskan minyak olive, masukkan jahe tumis hingga harum, masukkan bawang putih tumis hingga harum. Heat olive oil, add ginger saute until fragrant, add garlic and saute until fragrant.
3. Masukkan cumi dan arak masak, aduk sebentar, masukkan bumbu dan paprika, tambahkan 20 ml air, aduk sebentar sebentar saja. Add squid and cooking wine, stir awhile, add seasoning and the bell pepper. Add 20 ml water, stir awhile.
4. Sajikan panas tumis cumi saus tiram. Serve hot squid with oyster sauce stir fry.
