Mie Goreng Dengan Babi Kecap – Fried Noodle With Braised Pork


2 keping mie telur gepeng kering, rebus dan tiriskan. 2 pieces of dried flat egg noodles, boiled and drained. (Mie Burung Dara URAI)
2 butir telur ayam kocok lepas. 2 pcs of beaten egg.
10 batang sawi hijau, potong 3 cm. 10 stalks mustard green, cut on 3cm.
3 siung bawang putih, cincang. 3 cloves of garlic, chopped.
4 potong babi masak kecap, iris. 4 pcs of braised pork, sliced.
2 buah jamur masak kecap, iris tipis. 2 pcs braised mushroom, finely sliced.
150 ml kuah kecap. 150 ml soy sauce soup.

1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.
2 sdm minyak olive untuk menumis. 2 tbsp olive oil for saute.

1. Panaskan minyak olive, tumis bawang putih hingga harum, sisihkan bawang putih di tepi wajan. Masukkan telur kocok diamkan 20 detik aduk rata. Heat the olive oil, saute garlic until fragrant, set aside the garlic on the edge of the pan. Enter the beaten eggs let stand 20 seconds stir well.
2. Masukkan babi dan jamur iris, masukkan sawi aduk rata. Add sliced pork and mushroom, add mustard green, stir well.
3. Masukkan mie dan kuah kecap, tambahkan kecap asin dan lada. Aduk rata. Add noodles and soy sauce soup, add sou sauce and pepper. Stir well.
4. Sajikan mie segera. Serve noodles immediately.
