Telur Kocok Kuah Miso Pedas – Egg Drop In Spicy Miso Sou


TELUR KOCOK KUAH MISO PEDAS – EGG DROP IN SPICY MISO SOUP

Untuk 1 porsi. For 1 portion.

Bahan/ingredients:
2 butir telur kocok lepas. 2 pcs beaten egg.
2 lbr rumput laut. 2 pcs seaweed. (NORI)
4 batang sawi hijau, potong 3 cm. 4 stalks of mustard green, cut 3 cm.
2 potong babi masak kecap. 2 pcs braised pork.
4 iris jamur masak kecap. 4 slices of braised mushroom.
50 ml kuah kecap. 50 ml soy sauce soup.

1 sdm pasta miso. 1 tbsp miso paste.
2 sdt cabai rawit bubuk. 2 tsp chili powder.
Garam sesuai selera. Some salt to taste
250 ml kaldu iga babi. 250 ml pork ribs broth.
3 batang daun bawang, potong kecil. 3 stalks scallion, small cut.
10 gr mentega tawar. 10 gr unsalted butter. (Elle & Vire)

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan kaldu dan kuah kecap, tambahkan pasta miso, cabai bubuk dan garam, masukkan sawi, rebus 1 menit dan sisihkan sawinya. Boiling the broth and soy soup, add miso paste, chili powder and salt, add mustard green, boiling for 1 minute and set aside it.
2. Aduk kuah yang sudah mendidih dan masukkan telur kocok, masak 30 detik. Pindahkan ke mangkuk saji. Stir the boiling soup and add the beaten eggs, cook 30 seconds. Transfer to a serving bowl.
3. Tambahkan babi dan jamur masak kecap diatas telur, tambahkan nori dan taburi daun bawang, letakkan mentega diatasnya. Sajikan panas. Add braised pork and mushroom on top of the egg, add nori and sprinkle with scallions and place butter on top. Serve hot.
