Sup Tuna Asam – Tuna In Sour Soup


SUP TUNA ASAM – TUNA IN SOUR SOUP

Bahan/ingredients:
1 buah leher ikan tuna, potong. 1 pcs of tuna neck, cut. (1 kg)
1 buah air jeruk nipis. 1 pcs of lime juice.
1000 ml air mineral. 1000 ml mineral water.
5 iris jahe. 5 slice ginger.
2 batang sereh geprek. 2 stalks of crush lemongrass.
5 siung bawang putih geprak. 5 cloves crushed garlic.
1 buah tahu sutra telur, potong, 1 pcs silky egg tofu.
1 genggam jamur hitam kering, rendam. A full hand black mushroom, soak.
1 ikat sawi asin, potong. 1 tide of salted mustard, cut.
10 buah cabe rawit merah. 10 pcs of red cayenne.
60 ml air sawi asin. 60 ml salted mustard water.
1 sdm kecap ikan. 1 tbsp fish sauce.
Lada bubuk secukupnya. Some pepper powder.
1 sdm minyak olive. 1 tbsp olive oil.

Cara/method:
1. Lumuri leher ikan tuna dgn jeruk nipis diamkan 15 menit. Goreng dan tiriskan. Marinate tuna neck with lime juice for 15 minutes. Frying and drain.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis jahe, sereh dan bawang putih hingga harum, tambahkan kecap ikan, lada dan garam sesuai selera. Heat oil, saute ginger, lemongrass and garlic until fragrant, add fish sauce, pepper and salt to taste.
3. Setelah mendidih masukkan tahu, jamur hitam, cabe rawit dan sawi asin, aduk dan masukkan air sawi asin, test rasa. After boiling add the tofu, black mushrooms, red cayenne and salted mustard, stir and add the mustard water, taste test.
4. Masukkan ikan goreng dan matikan mati. Add fried fish and turn it off.
5. Sup siap disajikan panas. Soup ready serve hot.
