Peach Gum Dessert

PEACH GUM DESSERT

Untuk 6-8 porsi. For 6-8 portion.

Bahan/ingredients:
30 gr jamur putih kering. 30 gr dried jelly fungi.
30 gr peach gum. 30 gr peach gum.
15 gr goji merah. 15 gr red gojj
50 gr buah kundur kering/bligo. 50 gr dried winter melon.
30 gr kurma merah china. 30 gr chinese red date.
20 gr lengkeng kering. 20 gr dried longan.
100 gr gula batu. 100 gr rock sugar.
1500 ml air mineral. 1500 ml mineral water.

Cara/method:
1. Cuci semua bahan kecuali buah kundur dan gula batu. Tiriskan. Wash all ingredients except dried winter melon and rock sugar. Drain.
2. Rendam semua bahan yang dicuci selama 2 jam. Tiriskan. Sobek2 jamur putih. Soak all ingredients that are washed for 2 hours. Drain well. Tear off the jelly fungi.
3. Didihkan air. Letakkan semua bahan kedalam panci slow cooker bersama air mendidih dan proses selama 6-8 jam. Boiling water. Place all ingredients and boiling water into slow cooker pan and process for 6-8 hour.
4. Siap dikonsumsi hangat atau dingin. Ready for consumption warm or cold.

Note:
1. Proses Memasak dgn slow cooker enak malam hari menjelang kita tidur, bangun tidur pagi, kita bisa menikmatinya hangat atau dingin (beri es batu). The process of cooking with a slow cooker is good at night before we go to sleep, when we wake up in the morning, we can enjoy it warm or cold (give ice cubes).
Dessert ini sangat bagus untuk tubuh kita terutama di musim kemarau atau panas. This dessert is great for our bodies, especially in the dry or hot season.
