Nasi Goreng Terasi Petai – Belacan Fried Rice With Stinky Beans


NASI GORENG TERASI PETAI – BELACAN FRIED RICE WITH STINKY BEANS

Untuk1 porsi. For 1 portion.

Bahan/ingredients:
200 gr nasi. 200 gr rice.
50 gr petai. 50 gr stinky beans.
1 butir telur omega, kocok lepas. 1 pcs beaten omega egg.
6 ekor udang rebus ukuran sedang. 6 pcs boiled shrimp medium size.
1 sdm minyak sayur untuk membuat orak arik telur. 1 tbsp veggie oil for cooking scramble egg.

Bumbu halus/ground seasoning:
2 butir kemiri. 2 pcs candlenut.
1 buah cabe merah besar. 1 pcs red chili.
3 buah cabe rawit (sesuai selera). 3 pcs red cayenne (to your taste).
3 buah bawang merah. 3 pcs shallot.
2 siung bawang putih. 2 cloves of garlic.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
1 sdt terasi bakar. 1 tsp roasted belacan.
2 sdm minyak sayur. 2 tbsp veggie oil.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan telur kocok, buat orak arik, sisihkan. heat oil and add scramble egg, set aside.
2. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bumbu halus tumis hingga harum dan matang benar, heat oil, add ground seasoning saute until fragrant and cooked.
3. Masukkan petai aduk 1 menit, masukkan udang dan nasi, aduk hingga bumbu dan nasi tercampur rata, masukkan orak arik telur. Aduk. Add stinky beans stir for 1 minute, add shrimp and rice, stir until blend the seasoning and rice, add scramble egg and scramble egg. Stir.
4. Nasi goreng siap disajikan. Fried rice ready to serve.
