Nasi Taburan Teri Jepang & Telur Plintir – Twisted Egg & Furikake Rice


NASI TABURAN TERI JEPANG & TELUR PLINTIR – TWISTED EGG & FURIKAKE RICE

Untuk 1 porsi. For 1 portion.

Bahan/ingredients
150 gr nasi (sesuai selera). 150 gr rice (as your desire)
1 sdm taburan teri jepang. 1 tbsp Japanese furikake chirimen sanshou.

1 sdt cabai bubuk Jepang. 1 tsp togarashi.
2 butir telur omega, kocok lepas. 2 pcs omega egg.
1 sdt tapioka + 1 sdt air mineral. 1 tsp tapioca + 1 tsp mineral water.
2 iris spam, goreng dengan sedikit minyak. Tiriskan. 2 spice of spam, frying with a bit of oil. Strain.
Mayones secukupnya. Some mayonnaise. (Kwepie)
Daun bawang untuk taburan. Scallion for topping.

Cara/method:
1. Campur nasi dengan taburan Jepang dan cabe bubuk Jepang, letakkan nasi taburan di dalam mangkuk saji, beri mayones dan letakkan spam diatasnya. Mix rice with Japanese furikake and togarashi, place furikake rice in a serving bowl, add mayonnaise and put spam on it.
2. Campur telur dan larutan tapioka. Kocok hingga tercampur rata. Mix eggs and tapioca solution. Beat until evenly mixed.
3. Panaskan penggorengan, beri ½ sdm minyak olive dan 1 sdt butter (Elle & Vire). Biarkan meleleh. Heat a frying pan, give ½ tbsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of butter (Elle & Vire). Let it melt.
4. Tuang telur diatas penggorengan tunggu sesaat, gunakan penjepit, tarik telur ketengah dan tahan, putar penggorengan. (Seperti di video) dan biarkan hingga matang sesuai selera. Pour the egg above the frying pan, wait a moment, use tongs, pull the egg to the middle and hold, rotate the frying pan. (As in the video) and let it cook to taste.

5. Tuang perlahan telur plintir diatas nasi dan taburi daun bawang. Siap disajikan. Pour lightly the eggs into the rice and sprinkle the scallions. Ready to be served.
