Enoki Garing – Crispy Enoki


ENOKI GARING – CRISPY ENOKI

Bahan/ingredients:
2 bungkus jamur enoki, potong bagian akar, cuci dan tiriskan. 2 pack enoki mushroom, cut the roots, wash and drain.
600 ml minyak utk menggoreng. 600 ml oil for deep fry.
1 bungkus tepung tempura. 1 pack tempura flour.

Bahan pencelup/dipping ingredients:
75 gr tepung beras. 75 gr rice flour.
25 gr tepung tapioka. 25 gr tapioca flour.
150 ml air dingin. 150 ml cold water.
1 sdt bawang putih bubuk. 1 tsp garlic powder.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
⅕ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp pepper powder.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak. Campur dan aduk bahan pencelup. Heat the oil. Mix and stir the dyes.
2. Celupkan jamur enoki ke adonan pencelup, angkat dengan penjepit. Dip the enoki mushroom in the dipping misture , lift it with tongs.
3. Masukkan kedalam tepung tempura. Aduk perlahan agar seluruh permukaan enoki terlapisi tepung tempura. Put in tempura flour. Stir gently so that the entire surface of the enoki is coated with tempura flour.
4. Masukkan minyak panas dan goreng hingga keemasan, angkat dan tiriskan. Add hot oil and fry until golden, remove and drain.

5. Enoki garing siap disajikan sebagai kudapan. Crispy Enoki is ready to be served as a snack.
