Baked Shirataki & Salmon Belly


1 pak shirataki, di potong kecil2. 1 pack shirataki, tiny cut.

100 gr salmon belly, potong dadu kecil. 100 gr salmon belly, cut into small cubes.
50 gr paprika merah, potong kecil. 50 gr red bell pepper, small cut.
2 batang daun bawang, iris halus. 2 stalks of scallion, finely slice.
1 butir telur omega 3, kocok lepas. 1 omega 3 egg, beaten.
Cabe bubuk secukupnya. Some chili powder.
Keju mosarela secukupnya. Some mozzarella cheese.
Keju cedar parut secukupnya.

Bumbu halus/ground seasoning:
2 siung bawang putih. 2 cloves of garlic.
1 buah bawang merah. 1 pcs of shallot.
¼ sdt garam (sesuai selera). ¼ tsp salt (to taste)
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.
2 sdm minyak olive untuk menumis. 2 tbsp olive oil for saute.

1. Panaskan minyak olive, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan salmon belly, tumis hingga berubah warna, masukkan paprika dan shirataki, aduk hingga matang (1 menit). Heat the olive oil, saute the spices until fragrant, add the salmon belly, stir-fry until it changes color, add paprika and shirataki, stir until cooked (1 minute).
2. Masukkan telur kocok, aduk, tambahkan daun bawang, dan cabe bubuk, aduk. Add beaten egg, stir, add scallion and chili powder, stir.
3. Letakkan di pinggan tahan panas, taburi keju mosarela, keju cedar parut dan cabe bubuk sesuai selera. Place on a heat-resistant dish, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, grated cheddar cheese and chili powder to taste.

4. Masukkan pinggan ke dalam air fryer dengan suhu 180C selama 4-5 menit. Place the dish in the air fryer with a temperature of 180C for 4-5 minutes.
5. Baked Shirataki & Salmon Belly siap disajikan panas. Baked Shirataki & Salmon Belly ready to serve hot.
