Sup Ayam & Jamur – Chicken & Mushroom Soup

SUP AYAM & JAMUR – CHICKEN & MUSHROOM SOUP

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ekor ayam ukuran sedang, potong 8 bagian. Cuci dan tiriskan. 1 pcs medium size chicken, cut into 8 parts. Rinse and drain.
20 gr jamur hitam, rendam air. 20 gr of black mushroom, soak on water.
20 buah jamur shiitake kering ukuran kecil, rendam air. 20 pcs tiny size dried shiitake, soak on water.
2 siung bawang putih cincang. 2 cloves of chopped garlic.
3 iris jahe. 3 slices of ginger.
1000 ml air panas. 1000 ml hot water.
1 sdm minyak olive. 1 tbsp olive oil.
1 sdt minyak wijen. 1 tsp sesame oil.
1 sdt garam (sesuaikan). 1 tsp salt (to taste).
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp pepper powder.
1 sdm arak masak. 1 tbsp wine cooking. (Xao Xing)

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak olive dan minyak wijen, masukkan jahe, tumis hingga harum, masukkan bawang putih, tumis hingga harum. Heat olive oil and sesame oil, add ginger, saute until fragrant, add garlic saute until fragrant.
2. Masukkan ayam, aduk hingga berubah warna, masukkan arak masak, aduk rata, masukkan air panas, biarkan mendidih, angkat dan buang buih yang mengambang. Add chicken, stir until it changes color, pour with cooked wine, stir well, add hot water, simmer, remove and remove floating foam.
3. Masukkan jamur dan masak dengan api kecil selama 20 menit. Add mushrooms and simmer for 20 minutes.
