Tumis Buncis & Paprika – Sauteed Beans & Bell Pepper


TUMIS BUNCIS & PAPRIKA – SAUTEED BEANS & BELL PEPPER

Bahan/ingredients:
250 gr buncis, potong kedua ujungnya, cuci dan tiriskan. 250 gr bean, cut both ends, rinse and drain.
½ buah paprika merah, potong. ½ pcs of red bell pepper, cut.
1 butir telur kocok lepas. 1 pcs of beaten egg.
1 siung bawang putih cincang. 1 cloves of chopped garlic.
1 sdm minyak olive. 1 tbsp olive oil.
10 gr mentega tawar. 10 gr unsalted butter. (Anchor or Elle & Vire)
2 sdt saus tiram. 2 tsp oyster sauce.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
10 ml air mineral. 10 ml mineral water.

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan air, rebus buncis selama 4 menit, tiriskan. Boiling water, boiling beans for 4 minutes, drain.
2. Panaskan mentega tawar, masukkan telur kocok dan buat orak arik, sisihkan. Heat unsalted butter, add beaten egg and make scrambled egg, set aside.
3. Panaskan minyak olive, masukkan bawang putih, tumis hingga harum, masukkan paprika, buncis, saus tiram, garam dan lada, aduk rata. Heat olive oil, add garlic, saute until fragrant, add bell peppers, beans, oyster sauce, salt and pepper, stir well.
4. Masukkan telur orak arik dan air mineral, aduk rata, masak 2 menit. Add scrambled egg and mineral water, cook for 2 minutes.
5. Siap disajikan panas. Ready to serve hot.
