Brokoli & Keju Panggang – Baked Broccoli & Cheese


BROKOLI & KEJU PANGGANG – BAKED BROCCOLI & CHEESE

Bahan/ingredients:
1 buah brokoli ukuran besar, potong2 dan rendam dengan air garam selama 20 menit.
500 ml air untuk merebus brokoli. 500 ml water for boiling broccoli.
2 sdt garam. 2 tsp salt.
Keju mozarella secukupnya. Some mozzarella cheese.
Keju cheddar parut secukupnya. Some grated cheddar cheese.

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan air dan garam, masukkan brokoli dan rebus selama 3 menit, angkat dan rendam air es. Tiriskan 15 menit. Boil water and salt, add broccoli and boil for 3 minutes, remove and soak on ice water. Drain for 15 minutes.
2. Letakkan brokoli di dalam wadah tahan panas, taburi mozarella dan keju cheddar. Panggang dengan air fryer dengan suhu 180C selama 5 menit. Place the broccoli in a heat-resistant container, sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake with air fryer with a temperature of 180C for 5 minutes.
3. Siap dihidangkan panas. Ready to serve hot.
