BAKED WEDGES WITH YOGURT DIPPING SAUCE
Bahan/ingredients:
3 buah kentang, potong. 3 pcs potato, slice.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
⅛ sdt lada hitam. ½ tsp black pepper.
½ sdt bawang putih bubuk. ½ tsp garlic piwder.
2 sdm minyak olive. 2 tbsp olive oil.
Saus cocolan/dipping sauce:
2 sdm greek yogurt tawar. 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt.
Sejumput garam, lada, cabai bubuk dan parsley. A pinch of salt, pepper, chili powder and parsley.
½ sdm keju parmesan. ½ tbsp parmesan cheese.
½ sdm pasta tomat. ½ tbsp tomato paste
Cara/method:
1. Rendam potongan kentang dalam air garam selama 30 menit, tiriskan. Soak sliced potato on salt water for 30 minutes, strain
2. Campur kentang dengan garam, lada hitam, bawang putih bubuk, aduk rata, diamkan selama 30 menit. Mixe potato with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, mix well, lets stand for 30 minutes.
3. Campur kentang dengan minyak olive aduk rata. Mix well potato with olive oil.
4. Letakkan kentang di atas mangkuk rak airfryer. Proses selama 25 menit dengan suhu 200C. Tiap sepuluh menit aduk kentang dan lanjutkan proses pematangan. Place the potatoes on the airfryer rack bowl. Process for 25 minutes with a temperature of 200C. Every ten minutes stir the potatoes and continue the ripening process
5. Campur bahan saus cocolan. Mix dipping sauce ingredients.
6. Sajikan kentang dengan saus cocolan. Serve wedges with dipping sauce.
