Lento Kacang Tolo – Azuki Bean Balls


LENTO KACANG TOLO – AZUKI BEAN BALLS

Untuk 12 buah. For 12 pcs.

Bahan/ingredients:
75 gr kacang tolo. 75 gr azuki beans.
75 gr tepung tapioka. 75 gr tapioca flour.
1 butir telur kampung. 1 pcs farmer egg.
Minyak untuk menggoreng. Oil for deepfry.

Bumbu halus/ground seasoning:
2 siung bawang putih, 2 cloves of garlic.
3 buah bawang merah. 3 pcs of shallot.
⅛ sdt lada putih bubuk. ⅛ tsp white pepper powder.
½ sdt ketumbar bubuk. ½ tsp coriander.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.

Cara/method:
1. Cuci dan rebus kacang tolo selama 10 menit. Haluskan kasar. Rinse and boiling azuki beans for 10 minutes. Roughly ground.
2. Campurkan semua bahan dan aduk rata, bentuk bulat. Mix all ingredients, shape as a ball.
3. Panaskan minyak dan goreng lento hingga matang, tiriskan. Heat oil and add azuki bean balls until cooked, strain.
4. Dapat disajikan sebagai kudapan atau teman makan Lontong Mie Surabaya atau Lontong Balap.
