Telur Setengah Matang Dengan Air-fryer – Soft Boiled Egg Using Air-fryer

Punya Air-fryer bisa untuk apa aja? Ini salah satu alat andalan didapurku. Do you have air-fryer for anything? This is one of the main tools in my kitchen.

TELUR SETENGAH MATANG DENGAN AIR-FRYER- SOFT BOILED EGG USING AIR-FRYER

Bahan/ingredients:
5 telur ayam kampung dari kulkas. 5 refrigerated farmer egg.
500 ml air dingin dispenser. 500 ml dispenser cold water.

Cara/method:
1. Letakkan telur dalam rak air-fryer, proses dengan suhu 140C selama 6 menit. Place the eggs in an air-fryer rack, process at 140C for 6 minutes.

2. Masukkan telur kedalam air dingin selama 8-10 menit, siap disantap. Put the eggs in cold water for 8-10 minutes, ready to eat.

Note:
1. Untuk telur suhu ruang cukup diproses selama 5 menit. For room temperature eggs just need to be processed for 5 minutes.
2. Untuk telur ayam boiler/besar lakukan pemprosesan 2 menit lebih lama. For large size eggs, do processing 2 minute longer.
