Bolu Marmer Kuno – Classic Marble Cake


BOLU MARMER KUNO – CLASSIC MARBLE CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
8 btr kuning telur. 8 pcs egg yolk.
8 btr putih telur. 8 pcs white egg.
180gr gr tepung untuk cake. 180 gr flour cake. (Kunci Biru)
20 gr susu bubuk. 20 gr milk powder.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
160 gr gula pasir. 160 gr granulated sugar.
200 gr blueband. 200 gr blueband.
1 sdt ekstrak vanila. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
1 sdm coklat bubuk + 1 sdm air untuk pasta coklat. 1 tbsp cocoa powder + 1 tbsp water for chocolate paste.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 160C, oles loyang dengan mentega. Campur tepung, susu bubuk dan garam, sisihkan. Preheat oven 160C, spread a pan with butter. Combine flour, milk powder and salt, set aside.
2. Kocok putih telur dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga berjejak. Sisihkan. Mixer high speed the white egg until soft peak. Set aside.
3. Kocok blueband dan gula hingga lembut dengan kecepatan tinggi. Masukkan kuning telur satu per satu dan kocok hingga mengembang. Beat the blueband and sugar until soft at high speed. Add the egg yolks one at a time and beat until fluffy.
4. Turunkan kecepatan mixer di paling rendah, masukkan bahan kering bertahap hingga tercampur rata, tambahkan ekstrak vanila, kocok sampai tercampur rata. Matikan mixer. With the lowest mixer speed, add dry ingredients gradually until they are well mixed, add vanilla extract, beat until evenly mixed. Turn off the mixer.
5. Masukkan bertahap putih telur ke adonan kuning telur, aduk rata dengan spatula. Add gradually the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture, stir well with a spatula.
6. Ambil 5 sdm adonan dan campur dengan pasta coklat, sisihkan. Take 5 tbsp of the mixture and mix with chocolate paste, set aside.
7. Tuang adonan kuning telur dan coklat ke dalam loyang dan buat motif sesuai selera. Pour the egg yolk and chocolate mixture into a baking pan and make the motif according to taste.
8. Oven selama 30-35 menit, hingga permukaan cake keemasan dan lakukan test kematangan bolu dengan tusuk sate. Oven for 30-35 minutes, until the surface of the cake is golden and do a sponge maturity test with a skewer.
9. Keluarkan dr loyang dan biarkan bolu hingga suhu ruang, iris sebelum disajikan. Take out the pan and leave the sponge to room temperature, slice it before serving.
