Abalone & Mushroom With Oyster Sauce


ABALONE & MUSHROOM WITH OYSTER SAUCE

Untuk 4 porsi. For 4 portion.

Bahan/ingredients:
4 kaleng abalone, tiriskan dan kukus 20 menit. Sisihkan. 4 can abalone, drain and steam for 20 minutes. Set aside.
4 buah jamur shiitake kering, rendam hingga empuk, buang batangnya. 4 dried shiitake mushrooms, soak until tender, discard the stems.
400 ml kaldu ayam. 400 ml chicken broth.
Larutan maizena untuk pengental. Cornstarch mixture for thickener.
1 kuntum brokoli, potong . rebus dan tiriskan. A bulb of broccoli, cut, boiling and strain.

Bumbu/seasoning:
2 sdm saus tiram. 2 tbsp oyster sauce. (Lee Kum Khe)
¼ sdt lada bubuk. ¼ tsp pepper powder.
1 sdm minyak bawang putih + 1 sdt minyak wijen. 1 tbsp garlic oil + 1 tsp sesame oil.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak bawang dan minyak wijen, masukkan bumbu, aduk rata, tambahkan kaldu ayam, masukkan jamur masak api kecil 5 menit, dan kentalkan dengan maizena. Heat the garlic oil and sesame oil, add the seasonings, stir well. Pour chicken broth and add the mushrooms. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes and thicken with cornstarch.
2. Letakkan brokoli, abalone dan jamur, siram saus nya. Dan siap dihidangkan panas. Place the broccoli, abalone and mushrooms and pour the sauce. Food is ready to be served hot.
