Bolu Lemon Kuno – Classic Lemon Sponge


BOLU LEMON KUNO – CLASSIC LEMON SPONGE

Bahan/ingredients:
7 btr kuning telur. 7 pcs egg yolk.
2 btr putih telur. 2 pcs white egg.
100 gr gula pasir. 100 gr granulated sugar.
100 gr terigu untuk bolu. 100 gr flour cake. (Kunci biru)
20 gr susu bubuk. 20 gr milk powder.
90 gr blue band leleh (jangan smp bening menteganya). 90 gr melted blue band.(do not let the butter clear)
1 sdm air lemon. 1 tbsp lemon juice.
3 gr kulit lemon parut. 3 gr lemon zest.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 160C. Oles loyang loaf 10x20cm dengan mentega . Ayak tepung. Preheat oven 160C. Brush the 10x20cm loaf pan with butter. Sift the flour.
2. Masukkan semua bahan dalam mangkuk mixer, (keciali mentega) dan kocok hingga mengembang dan kaku. Put all the ingredients in a mixer bowl (except butter) and beat until fluffy and hard peak.

3. Masukkan mentega, aduk balik adonan dengan spatula, hingga tercampur rata.. Add the butter, fold back the mixture with a spatula, until evenly mixed.

4. Tuang adonan dalam loyang, hentakkan loyang (supaya udara keluar dr adonan) dan oven selama 15-20 menit, atau hingga permukaan cake kecoklatan. (Lakukan tes dengan tusuk sate, bila tidak adonan lengket berarti sdh matang sempurna). Pour the mixture in a panknock the pan (so that the air comes out of the dough), and oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the surface of the cake is browned. (Do a skewer test, if it isn’t sticky dough means it’s perfectly cooked)

5. Biarkan suhu ruang dan iris bolu sebelum dihidangkan. Leave the room temperature and slice the sponge before serving.

Note:
1. Gunakan telur segar. Use fresh egg.
2. Cara mengocok adonan all in one: pertama di speed 4 selama 15 detik, naikkan ke speed 6 selama 15 detik, naikkan lagi ke speed 8 selama 30 detik dan lanjutkan di speed 10 selama 2 menit (KitchenAid)
How to beat the mixture all in one: first at speed 4 for 15 seconds, raise to speed 6 for 15 seconds, raise again to speed 8 for 30 seconds and continue at speed 10 for 2 minutes (KitchenAid)
