Nasi Dgn Telur & Sambal Baby Cumi – Rice With Egg & Sambal Baby Squid


NASI DGN TELUR & SAMBAL BABY CUMI – RICE WITH EGG & SAMBAL BABY SQUID

Untuk 1 porsi. For 1 portion.

Bahan/ingredients:
2 butir telur. 2 eggs.
1 porsi nasi hangat. 1 portion warm rice.
2 batang daun bawang, iris halus. 2 stalks scallion, finely slice.

Pelengkap/condiment:
1 sdm serundeng. 1 tbsp savory coconut.
10 buah petai. 10 pcs bitter bean.
1 sdm sambal baby cumi. 1 tbsp sambal baby squid. (By James +62 811-3114-007)

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak cukup banyak di dalam wajan. Heat enough oil in the pan.
2. Kocok 1 butir telur, tambahkan garam dan lada secukupnya dan masukkan daun bawang, kocok. Beat 1 egg, add some salt and pepper and scallion, bear..
3. Masukkan telur kocok ke dalam minyak panas, goreng hingga kering, tiriskan. (Untuk mengurangi minyak, setelah digoreng kering, diproses dgn air fryer dgn suhu 160 C selama 10 menit, tiap 5 menit dibalik). Pour the beaten eggs in hot oil, fry until crispy, drain. (To reduce oil, after it is crispy, it is processed with water fryer with a temperature of 160 C for 10 minutes, every 5 minutes reversed)
4. Goreng telur ceplok ½ matang. Fry the sunny side up.
5. Letakkan nasi diatas piring saji, letakkan telur garing diatasnya dan letakkan telur ceplok di atasnya, sajikan bersama pendamping. Place rice on dish, place crispy eggs on top and place sunny side up on top, serve with condiment.
