Sparkling Butterfly Pea with Sakura Raindrop Cake


SPARKLING BUTTERFLY PEA WITH SAKURA RAINDROP CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
Air soda secukupnya. Some soda water.
Es batu secukupnya. Some ice cube.

Bahan Raindrop Cake/ingredients of raindrop cake:
12 kuntum bunga sakura kering, rendam dan ganti air beberapa kali hingga tdk asin, tiriskan. 12 dried cherry blossoms, soak and replace water several times until it is not salty, drain.

1 bungkus jelly plain. 1 sachet plain jelly. (Nutrijell)
750 ml air mineral. 750 ml mineral water.
100 gr gula pasir. 100 gr granulated sugar.

Cara/method:
Campur air dan gula, masak dgn api sedang hingga mendidih. Masukkan bunga sakura kedalam cetakan bulat silikon, dan tuang jelly, letakkan piring diatas cetakan supaya cetakan atas tidak mengapung. Simpan di lemari es. Campur air dan gula, masak dgn api sedang hingga mendidih. Bahan sirup bunga telang/ingredients of butterfly pea syrup:
20 kuntum bunga telang kering, cuci dan tiriskan.

100 ml air mineral. 100 ml mineral water.
200 gr gula pasir. 200 gr granulated sugar.

Cara/method:
Campur semua bahan dan didihkan, biarkan hingga dingin, saring dan simpan dlm toples. Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil, allow to cool, strain and store in a jar.

Cara penyajian/how to serve:
Hancurkan es batu kasar dan letakkan dalam gelas saji. Letakkan 2 buah Sakura Raindrop Cake, tuang soda dan beri 6 sdm sirup bunga telang, sajikan. Crush rough ice cubes and place them in serving glasses. Put 2 pieces of Sakura Raindrop Cake, pour soda and give 6 tbsp of butterfly pea syrup,
