Prik Nam Pla Peluxk/Kerang – Thai Spicy Clams


PRIK NAM PLA PELUXK (KERANG) – THAI SPICY CLAMS

Bahan/ingredients:
1000 gr kerang batik hidup. 1000 gr live baby clam.
1000 ml air +2 sdm garam. 1000 ml water + 2 tbsp salt.

Bahan prik nam pla/prik nam pla ingredients:
5 buah cabai merah, iris. 5 pcs red cayenne, slice.
15 buah cabai hijau, iris. 15 pcs green cayenne, slice.
6 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar. 6 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped.
4 sdm kecap ikan. 4 tbsp fish sauce.
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
2 sdm air. 2 tbsp water.
3 sdm air lemon . 3tbsp lemon juice.


Cara/method:
1. Bersihkan cangkang kerang dengan sikat gigi. Rendam dengan air garam selama 2 jam. Saring dan bilas. Clean the shells with a toothbrush. Soak in salt water for 2 hours. Strain and rinse.

2. Didihkan air masukkan kerang dan masak hingga semua kerang terbuka, angkat kerang. Bring water to a boil, add the clams and cook until all the shells are open, remove the clams.
3. Letakkan kerang diatas piring saji. Place the clams on the dish.

4. Campur semua bahan prik nam pla dan siramkan diatas kerang. Prik Nam Pla Kerang siap disajikan. Mix prik nam pla ingredients and pour onto the clams. Thai Spicy Clams ready to serve. Mix all the prik nam pla ingredients and pour them over the clams. thai Spicy Clams is ready to be served.
