Sawi Daging & Jamur – Collards Meat & Mushroom


SAWI DAGING & JAMUR – COLLARDS MEAT & MUSHROOM

Bahan/ingredients:
1 pack sawi daging, potong bagian akar , cuci dan tiriskan. 1 pck collard meat, cut out the root, rinse and drain.
2 siung bawang putih, cincang. 2 colves of garlic, chopped.
3 buah jamur shiitake kering, rendam dan iris. 3 pcs dried shiitake, soak and slice.
½ sdm saus tiram. ½ tbsp oyster sauce.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.
50 ml air panas. 50 ml hot water.
1 sdt tapioka +1 sdm air utk pengental. 1 tsp tapioca + 1 sdm water for thickener.

Cara/methods:
1. Didihkan air dan sedikit garam, masukkan sawi daging dan biarkan 2 menit, angkat dan rendam air dingin, tiriskan. Letakkan diatas piring saji. Boil water and a pinch of salt, add the collard meat and leave for 2 minutes, remove and soak in cold water, drain. Place it on a serving plate.
2. Panaskan ½ sdm minyak wijen, masukkan bawang putih, tumis hingga harum, masukkan jamur shiitake aduk, masukkan saus tiram, lada dan air, biarkan mendidih, masukkan larutan pengental aduk rata. Heat ½ tbsp of sesame oil, add garlic, saute until fragrant, add shiitake mushrooms stir, add oyster sauce, pepper and water, simmer, add thickening solution to stir evenly.
3. Siramkan diatas sayur dan siap disajikan. Pour on vegetables and ready to be served.
