Kahlua Tiramisu in A Cup


KAHLUA TIRAMISU IN A CUP

Bahan/ingredients:
Lidah kucing secukupnya. Some sponge finger
Dark chocolate(utk taburan). Dark Choco (for topping)
4 btr kuning telor. 4 pcs egg yolk.
1 pot mascarpone. 1 pot of mascarpone. (Tatua)
75 gr gula pasir. 75gr granulated sugar.
400 ml whipped cream. 400 ml whipping cream (Elle & Vire)
1 sdt vanilla. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
5 sdm kahlua. 5 tbsp Kahlua.
3 sdm Kopi instant. 3 tbsp instant coffee.
3 sdm gula. 3 tbsp granulated sugar
250 ml air panas. 250 ml hot water.

Cara/method:

Langkah ke 1/Step 1:
Membuat kopi/how to make coffee: campur kopi, gula dan air panas, aduk hingga larut tambahkan rhum. Mixed coffee, sugar and hot water.

Langkah ke 2/Step 2 :
1. Campur kuning telur, 25 gr gula, ½ sdt vanila, kocok dengan whisk di atas air mendidih hingga pucat dan kental. Sisihkan. Mixed with whisk egg yolk, 25 gr granulated sugar, ½ tsp vanilla, beaten on boiling water until pale and thick.
2. Bila sdh dingin masukkan mascarpone & aduk rata dgn whisk. If cold already add mascarpone and stir with whisk.

Langkah ke 3/Step 3 :

Mixer whipping cream dan 50 gr gula dan kahlua dgn kecepatan tinggi hingga kaku, simpan di chiller. Mixer high speed whipping cream and 50 gr granulated sugar and kahlua until stiff, keep in chiller.
Langkah ke 4/Step4 :
Campur adonan langkah ke 3 dgn langkah ke 2 hingga tercampur rata. Mixed well batter step 3 with step 2.

Langkah ke 5/Step 5 :
Cara menata tiramisu/how to organize the tiramisu.
**Celup lidah kucing di larutan kopi dan taruh di dasar cangkir. Add lady finger on coffee and put on cup.
**Tutup dengan adonan tiramisu dan tutup lagi dengan langkah 1 begitu seterusnya hingga hampir memenuhi cangkir dan terakhir adalah adonan tiramisu. Cover with the with tiramisu batter and cover again with step 1 and so on until nearly filled the cup and the last is tiramisu batter.
**Beri taburan dark choco parut. Sprinkle with grated dark choco.
**Simpan di lemari es selama 4-5 jam. Refrigerate for 4-5 minutes.
