Sup Miso Kepala Salmon – Salmon Head Miso Soup

SUP MISO KEPALA. SALMON – SALMON HEAD MISO SOUP

Bahan/ingredients:
1 buah kepala salmon ukuran besar, potong 4 bagian. 1 pcs salmon head big size. Cut on 4 parts.
4 iris jahe. 4 slices ginger.
3 siung bawang putih, geprak. 3 cloves of garlic, crush.
85 gr pasta miso. 85 gr miso paste.
2 batang daun bawang, potong 2 cm. 2 stalks spring onion, cut 2 cm.
2 sdm mirin. 2 tbsp mirin.
½ sdt lada hitam. ½ tsp blak pepper.
1000 ml air mineral. 1000 ml mineral water.
½ sdm minyak olive + ½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp olive oil. + ½ tbsp sesame oil.
1 pak tahu sutra jepang, potong. 1 pack japanese silken tofu, slice.

Cara/method:
1. Masukkan kepala salmon ke dalam air fryer dan proses suhu 200 C selama 20 menit. Enter the salmon head into the fryer water and process the temperature of 200 C for 20 minutes.
2. Panaskan minyak, tumis jahe dan bawang putih hingga harum. Heat oil, saute ginger and garlic until fragrant.
3. Masukkan mirin, aduk dan masukkan air mineral, tambahkan lada hitam dan miso. Aduk hingga pasta miso tercampur rata.
4. Masukkan bawang daun dan masukkan kepala salmon, masukkan minyak salmon yg menetes ke dalam sup. Masukkan tahu. Jgn diaduk nanti ikan dan tahunya hancur. Add spring onions and add the salmon head, add the dripping salmon oil to the soup. Add tofu. Don’t stir the fish and the tofu will crumble.
5. Sajikan panas dengan nasi. Serve hot with rice.
