Spicy Pineapple & Shrimp Fried Rice


SPICY PINEAPPLE & SHRIMP FRIED RICE

Untuk 3-4 orang. For 3-4 person.

Bahan/ingredients:
400 gr nasi. 400 gr rice.
60 gr kacang polong beku, hilangkan bekunya. 60 gr frozen peas, defrost.
1 buah wortel ukuran kecil, potong kotak dan rebus sebentar. 1 pcs carrot small size, cut small & boiling awhile.
80 gr nanas potong kecil, 80 gr pineapple, small cut.
10 buah cabe rawit merah, iris. 10 pcs red cayenne, slice.
30 ekor udang tanpa kulit, rebus sebentar. 30 pcs skinless shrimp, boiling awhile.
5 buah bawang merah, cincang halus. 5 pcs of shallot, finely chop.
5 siung bawang putih, cincang halus. 5 cloves of garlic, finely chop.
2 butir telur, kocok & bikin orak arik. 2 eggs, beaten & make scramble.
2 sdm minyak cabe. 2 tbsp chili oil.

Bumbu/seasoning:
1 sdm saus tiram. 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
½ sdm kecap ikan. ½ tbsp fish sauce.
½ sdt lada hitam bubuk. ½ tsp black pepper powder.
1 sdt garam (sesuai selera). 1 tsp salt (to taste).

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak cabe, tumis bawang merah dan putih hingga harum, masukkan nasi dan bumbu, aduk rata. Heat chili oil, saute chopped shallot & garlic until fragrant, add rice and seasoning, stir well.
2. Masukkan semua bahan dan aduk rata. Uji rasa. Siap disajikan panas. Add all ingredients and stir ell. Taste it. Ready to serve hot.
