BREAD PANDAN CAKE

Resep ini kombinasi adonan roti dan chiffon cake. Unik, empuk dan enak. This recipe combines bread dough and chiffon cake. Unique, soft and yummy.

Cinnamon Rolls (Easy Recipe: No-Knead, No Machine)



Pandan Chiffon Cake

Bahan cake/cake ingredients:
4 butir kuning telur. 4 egg eggs.
4 butir putih telur. 4 white eggs
100 gr gula pasir. 100 gr granulated sugar.
80 gr tepung rendah protein. 80 gr low protein flour. (Kunci Biru)
20 gr sari pandan. 20 gr screwpine juice.
20 gr susu segar. 20 gr fresh milk.
40 ml minyak sayur. 40 ml veggie oil.

Cara/method:
1. Sambil menunggu proofing bahan roti selesai. Campur sari pandan dan susu. Sisihkan. While waiting for proofing the bread dough. Combine screwpine juice and milk. Set aside.
2. Kocok kuning telur dan 50 gr gula pasir, masukkan tepung aduk balik dengan spatula, masukkan dan aduk adonan pandan susu, masukkan minyak, aduk rata dan sisihkan. Beat the egg yolks and sugar, add flour, fold with a spatula, add and fold in the pandan milk mixture, add oil, fold well and set aside.
3. Kocok putih telur dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga berbuih, tambahkan bertahap gula pasir hingga adonan kaku berjejak. Matikan mixer. Beat the egg whites at high speed until bubbly, add gradually the sugar until the dough is soft peak. Turn off the mixer.
4. Campur bertahap sambil aduk balik dengan spatula adonan putih telur ke adonan kuning telur, hingga tercampur rata. Mix gradually while fold with spatula merrigue to the egg yolk mixture, until evenly mixed.
5. Tuang adonan di atas adonan roti, dan oven dengan suhu 190C selama 30 menit (sesuaikan dengan oven anda), gunakan api atas dan bawah. Bila permukaan cake mulai kecoklatan tutup dengan aluminium foil. Pour the mixture over the bread mixture, and the oven with a temperature of 190C for 30 minutes (adjust to your oven), use the fire up and down. When the surface of the cake begins to brown, cover with aluminum foil.
6. Keluarkan loyang dr oven dan keluarkan cake dari loyang dan buka kertas rotinya, biarkan suhu ruang diatas rak cake, iris dan sajikan. Take the baking pan out the oven. Then, take out the cake from the baking pan and peel parchment paper. Let sit on the cake rack until room temperature, slice and serve.
