FLOSS BREAD

Bahan/ingredients:

Untuk adonan roti aku buat dari super dough nya Gemma 👇dari 1 resep aku pakai ⅓ bagiannya. I made the bread dough from Gemma’s recipe👇 I only use ⅓ of the dough

Cinnamon Rolls (Easy Recipe: No-Knead, No Machine)

1 bungkus abon sapi pedas. 1 pack spicy dried shredded beef. (Pronas)

Bahan olesan mayones/mayonnaise spread ingredients:
1 sdm mayones. 1 tbsp mayonnaise. (Kewpie)
1 sdt air lemon. 1 tsp lemon juice.
½ sdm kental manis. ½ tbsp condensed milk.
1 tsp sirup jagung. 1 tsp corn syrup.

Cara/method:
1. Taburi meja kerja dengan tepung, letakkan adonan diatasnya tekan perlahan dengan tangan dan potong menjadi 8 bagian (@40gr), bulatkan adonan dan letakkan diatas loyang berjarak. Tutup dengan kain dan istirahatkan selama 1 jam. Sprinkle the work table with flour, place the dough on it, press gently with your hands and cut into 8 parts (@ 40gr), round the dough and place it on a baking tray at a distance. Cover with a napkin and rest for 1 hour.
2. Campur dan aduk bahan olesan. Sisihkan. Mix and stir mayonnaise spread ingredients. Set aside.
3. Panaskan oven 180C dengan api atas dan bawah selama 20 menit. Preheat the oven to 180C with the top and bottom fires for 20 minutes.
4. Oles permukaan adonan dengan campuran susu dan madu. Dan panggang selama 20-25 menit. Brush the surface of the dough with a mixture of milk and honey. And bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Keluarkan loyang, oles dengan mentega, letakkan roti diatas rak baking hingga suhu ruang. Remove the baking sheet, spread with butter, place the bread on a baking rack to room temperature.
6. Celupkan permukaan roti dengan bahan olesan mayones dan gulingkan diatas abon. Dan roti abon siap dinikmati. Dip the surface of the bread with a mayonnaise spread and roll it over the floss. And floss bread ready to be enjoyed.
