Telur Ramen – Ramen Egg


TELUR RAMEN – RAMEN EGGS

Bahan/ingredients:
6 butir telur dingin. 6 cold eggs
1000 ml air untuk merebus telur. 1000 ml water for boiling the eggs.
Benang untuk memotong telur. Thread for cutting eggs

Bumbu perendam/dipping seasoning:
2 sdm kecap cap jamur. 2 tbsp mushroom soy sauce.
1 sdm mirin. 1 tbsp mirin.
1 sdm kecap asin. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
½ sdt ngohiong bubuk. ½ tsp five spice powder.
½ sdt lada bubuk. ½ tsp pepper powder.
3 bungkus teh celup. 3 sachet tea bag. (Sosro)
500 ml air panas. 500 ml hot water.

Cara/method:
1. Didihkan air, masukkan telur dan rebus 9 menit. Angkat dan rendam air es. Boil water, add eggs and boil for 9 minutes. Lift and soak cold water.
2. Celupkan teh dalam air panas, hingga berwarna gelap, angkat kantung teh dan masukkan semua bumbu aduk rata. Dip the tea in hot water, until it is dark in color, lift the tea bag and add all the seasoning mix evenly.
3. Kupas telur hingga kulit ari nya dan rendam dlm teh berbumbu. Simpan di lemari es, dalam 2-3 jam putih telur akan berubah kecoklatan, aku lebih suka merendamnya semalam. Krn bumbu meresap sampai kedalam telur. Peel the egg into the epidermis and soak it in seasoned tea. Store in the refrigerator, in 2-3 hours the egg white will turn brown, I prefer to soak it overnight. Because the spices soak into the egg.
4. Ambil telur dan potong menggunakan benang (potongan jadi rapi daripada menggunakan pisau). Take the eggs and cut them using string (chunks are neat rather than using a knife)
5. Telur Ramen siap disajikan sebagai lauk pendamping. Bisa dengan Ramen, nasi Bakmoy dan lainnya. Ramen eggs are ready to be served as side dishes. Can with Ramen, Bakmoy rice and others.
