CINNAMON BLUEBERRY MUFFIN WITH STREUSEL

Bahan/ingredients:
220 gr tepung serbaguna. 220gr all-purpose flour. (Sania)
1 sdt baking soda. 1 tsp baking soda.
1 sdt baking powder.1 tsp baking powder.
½ sdt garam.½ tsp salt.
115 gr mentega tawar, suhu ruang. 115 gr unsalted butter, room temperature. (Anchor)
100 gr gula pasir. 100 gr granulated sugar.
50 gr gula merah. 50 gr brown sugar.
2 butir telur ukuran besar, suhu ruang. 2 large eggs, at room temperature.
120 gr greek yogurt, suhu ruang. 120 gr greek yogurt, at room temperature. (Chana’Yo -Jakarta by Lucia +62 818-157-075)
1 sdt ekstrak vanila. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
60 ml susu segar, suhu ruang. 60 ml fresh milk, at room temperature. (Greenfield)
250 gr blueberry segar atau beku. (Aku pakai yg segar) 250 gr fresh or frozen blueberries. (I choose fresh blueberry)

Taburan streusel/Streusel Topping :
80 gr gula merah butir. 80 gr granulated brown sugar
40 gr tepung utk cake.40 gr cake flour.
½ sdt bumbu spekoek. ½ tsp spekoek spice.
40 gr mentega tawar.(suhu ruangan). 40 gr unsalted butter (room temperature)
