Fruit Salad With Lemon Greek Yogurt Dressing

FRUIT SALAD WITH LEMON GREEK YOGURT DRESSING

Bahan/ingredients:
1 buah apel, potong kecil, rendam air garam dan tiriskan. 1 apple, small cut, soak on salt water, and strain.
½ buah nanas madu, potong kecil, rendam air garam dan tiriskan. ½ pcs honey pineapple, small cut, soak on salt water and strain.
Melon sky rocket secukupnya, potong kecil. Some sky rocket melons, small cuts.
Melon madu secukupnya, potong kecil. Some honey melons, small cuts.
20 buah anggur hitam, belah. 20 pcs black grape, cut.
1 buah kiwi hijau, potong kecil. 1 pcs green kiwi, small cut.
50 gr blueberry segar. 50 gr fresh blueberry.
1 lembar Keju cedar, potong 2x2cm. 1 pcs of cheddar cheese, cut 2x2cm. (BEGA)
Manisan ceri merah secukupnya. Some preserved red cherry.

Saus/Dressing:
200 gr greek yogurt. (Chana’Yo Greek Yogurt- Jakarta lucia +62 818-157-075)
5 sdm corn syrup. 5 tbsp corn syrup.
1 sdm air lemon. 1 tbsp lemon juice.
Kulit lemon parut secukupnya. Some lemon zest.

Cara/method:
1. Campur bahan saus dan sisihkan. Mix dressing ingredients and set aside.
2. Masukkan semua buah dalam mangkuk besar, dan campur dengan saus. Add all fruits into big bowl, and mix with dressing.
3. Simpan dalam lemari es minimal 2 jam baru di hidangkan. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
4. Hidangkan dengan keju cedar dan ceri merah. Garnish with cheddar cheese and red cherry.
