Italian Spaghetti Carbonara


ITALIAN SPAGHETTI CARBONARA

Reference:

Bahan/ingredients:
200 gr spaghetti kering. 200 gr dried spaghetti.
1000 ml air + 2 sdt garam, untuk merebus spaghetti.. 1000 ml water + 2 tsp salt for boiling spaghetti.

5 lembar bacon, iris. 5 pcs bacon, slice. (Better use pancetta)
3 siung bawang putih, geprek. 3 cloves of garlic, crush.
40 gr mentega asin. 40 gr salted butter.
1 sdm minyak olive. 1 tbsp olive oliv

Saus carbonara/Carbonara sauce:
3 butir kuning telur. 3 egg yolks
100 gr parmesan segar, parut. 100 gr grated fresh parmigiano.
Garam & lada hitam secukupnya. Some salt & black pepper to taste.
