Tahu Walik – Clipped Tofu


TAHU WALIK – CLIPPED TOFU

Bahan/ingredients:
10 buah tahu putih ukuran sedang. 10 pcs medium size white tofu.
4 batang daun bawang, iris. 4 stalks spring onion, slice.

Bahan isi/filling ingredients
200 gr daging dada ayam tanpa tulang. 200 gr
100 gr udang tanpa kulit. 100 gr skinless shrimp..
6 sdm tepung tapioka. 6 tbsp tapioca flour.
2 butir telur. 2 eggs.
6 siung bawang putih. 6 cloves garlic.
1 sdt lada bubuk. 1 tsp pepper powder.
1 sdt garam. 1 tsp salt.
2 sdm kecap ikan. 2 tbsp fish sauce.

Cara/method:
1. Belah tahu segitiga, dan goreng, keluarkan isi putihnya tahu. Dan balik tahunya. Split the tofu triangle, and fry, remove the white contents of the tofu. And clip the tofu.
2. Masukkan semua bahan isian ke dalam food processor dan proses hingga setengah halus. Put all the filling ingredients into the food processor and process until half smooth.
3. Pindahkan adonan isian dalam mangkuk dan campur dgn daun bawang. Transfer the filling mixture in a bowl and mix with the Spring onion.
4. Ambil 1 sdm bahan isian dan masukkan ke dalam tahu. Take 1 tbsp of the filling ingredients and put it in the tofu.
5. Panaskan minyak dan goreng tahu hingga keemasan, angkat dan tiriskan. Heat oil and fry tofu until golden, lift and drain.

6. Sajikan hangat dengan cabe rawit. Serve warm with cayenne.
