Babi Panggang Karo – Karo Grilled Pork


BABI PANGGANG KARO – KARO GRILLED PORK

Bahan/ingredients:
1000 gr sancam. 1000 gr pork belly.
6 siung bawang putih, haluskan. 6 cloves of garlic, minced.
5 buah bawang merah, haluskan. 5 pcs of shallot, minced.
2 sdt ketumbar bubuk. 2 tsp coriander powder.
1 sdt lada bubuk. 1 tsp pepper powder.
1 sdm garam. 1 tbsp salt.

Cara/method:
1. Iris sancam sesuai selera (tebal 1½ cm) . Kucuri 2 buah air jeruk nipis. Slice pork belly according to taste (1½ cm thick). Give 2 pieces of lime juice.
2. Campur bumbu dan sancam dan simpan di wadah tertutup dan inapkan semalam di lemari es. Mix seasonings and sancam and store in a closed container and overnight in the refrigerator.
3. Kukus babi selama 60 menit, Kalo babinya sudah suhu ruang, Tusuk2 kulitnya dgn garpu or ujung pisau merata, kemudian gunakan 2 tusuk sate, tusuk beberapa potongan daging berjajar. Steam the pork for 60 minutes. If the pork is room temperature, prick the skin with a fork or knife edge evenly, then use 2 skewers, stick a few pieces of meat in a row.
4. Letak-kan di dalam keranjang air fryer dengan posisi bagian kulit diatas, pilih setting daging, pencet tombol on dan biarkan proses berjalan. Dan untuk mendapatkan kulit babi keriting dengan proses 2x masak. Place it in the fryer water basket with the position of the skin above, select the meat setting, push the on button and let the process run. And to get curly pork skin with a 2x cooking process.

5. Setelah matang, biarkan selama 20 menit, potong sna sajikan dengan Sambal Ijo Andaliman. After cooking, leave for 20 minutes, cut and serve with Sambal Iki Andaliman.
