Putu Mayang Saus Kinca


PUTU MAYANG SAUS KINCA

Bahan A/A ingredients:
100 gr tepung beras. 100 gr rice flour.
50 ml santan kental. 50 ml coconut cream. (KARA)
150 ml air mineral.
¼ sdt garam

Bahan B/B ingredients:
30 gr tepung beras. 30 gr rice flour.
10 gr tepung tapioka. 10 gr tapioca flour.

Pewarna makanan Wilton. Wilton food coloring (Red, Green, Orange)
Daun pisang secukupnya. Some banana leaves.


Note: 👆untuk warna pink aku gunakan pewarna asli buah naga merah, setelah matang jd baby pink😜 dan hijau dari daun suji for pink I use the original red dragon fruit coloring, after it is cooked, baby pink😜 and green from suji leaves

Saus Kinca/Kinca sauce:
200 ml air mineral. 200 ml mineral water.
100 ml santan kental. 100 ml coconut cream. (KARA)
¼ sdt garam. ¼ sdt salt.
70 gr gula merah. 70 gr brown sugar.
1 lembar daun pandan. 1 pcs screw pine leaf.

Cara/method:
1. Campur bahan A dan masak dengan api kecil sambil diaduk dengan whisk hingga mengental. Tambahkan Bahan B aduk rata dengan sendok kayu. Mix ingredients A and cook over low heat while whisking until thicken. Add Ingredients B and mix well with a wooden spoon.
2. Bagi adonan 3 bagian. Dan beri masing2 adonan dengan 1 tetes pewarna., aduk rata dan masukkan ke dalam piping bag. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Add one drop of food coloring to each, stir well and put in a piping bag.
3. Panaskan kukusan. Olesi daun pisang dengan minyak. Preheat the steamer and grease banana leaf with oil.
4. Pencet adonan di atas daun, bentuk sesuai selera. Kukus selama 10 menit dgn tutup kukusan dibungkus serbet. Pipe the dough on the leaves, shape according to your liking. Wrap the lid with a kitchen towel and steam for 10 minutes.


5. Masak bahan santan di dalam panci dengan api kecil. Sisihkan. Pour the santan sauce mixtures in the sauce pan and use low heat
6. Sajikan putu mayang dengan saus santan. Serve Putu Mayang with coconut sauce.
