Pangsit Rebus Goreng – Stir-fried Wonton


PANGSIT REBUS GORENG – STIR-FRIED WONTON

Bahan pangsit/wonton ingredients:
360 gr daging ayam giling. 350 gr minced chicken.
100 gr udang cincang. 100 gr chopped shrimp.
150 gr tepung tapioka. 150 gr tapioca flour.
2 butir telur. 2 eggs.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
¼ sdt lada.¼ tsp pepper.
1 pak kulit pangsit. 1 pack wonton sheet


Bahan untuk 1 porsi/ingredients for 1 portion:
3 batang sawi, potong. 3 stalks mustard green.
2 lembar kol, iris. 2 pcs cabbage, slice.
50 gr toge. 50 gr bean sprout.
1 butir telur. 1 egg.
2 buah sosis cocktail, iris. 2 pcs cocktail sausage, slice. (Benardi)
6 buah pangsit rebus. 6 pcs boiled wonton.
5 buah cabe rawit, iris. 5 pcs cayenne pepper.
1½ sdm kecap manis. 1½ tbsp dark soy sauce. (Bango)
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
Jamur bubur secukupnya. Some mushroom powder.
