Japanese Soufflè Pancake 2


JAPANESE SOUFFLÈ PANCAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
2 butir kuning telur. 2 egg yolks.
100 gr putih telur. 100 gr egg whites
1 sdm susu segar. 1 tbsp fresh milk.
Some Larome Vanilla Milk or ¼ tsp vanilla extract.
30 gr tepung serba guna. 30 gr all purpose flour.
½ sdt baking powder. ½ tsp baking powder
20 gr gula pasir. 20 gr sugar.

Taburan/Topping:
Strawberry.
Mandarin orange
Castor sugar.
Mint leave.

Cara/method:
1. Campur tepung, larome & baking powder. Sisihkan. Mix flour, larome & baking powder. Set aside.
2. Pisahkan kuning dan putih telur. Separate egg yolk and egg white.
3. Kocok putih telur sampai kaku dgn whisk/mixer, sisihkan. Beat egg white until soft peaks with a whisk or mixer, set aside.
4. Kocok lepas kuning telur, tambahkan gula dan aduk hingga gula larut. Tambahkan tepung aduk rata. Beat the egg yolks, add sugar and mix until sugar well blends. Add flour and mix well.
5. Campur bertahap adonan putih telur kocok dan kuning telur hingga tercampur rata. Gently mix meringue and egg yolk batter until well blended.
6. Panaskan wajan teflon, tuang 1-1½ sendok sayur adonan diatas wajan dan tutup wajan selama 1 menit dengan api kecil, balikkan pancake dan tutup wajan lagi selama 1 menit. Heat a teflon skillet, pour 1-1½ vegetable spoon of mixture over the pan and cover the pan for 1 minute over low heat, turn the pancakes and cover the pan again for 1 minute.
7. Sajikan pancake dengan taburan pilihan anda. Serving the pancake with your choice of topping.
