Steamed Grouper With Lime And Shoyu


STEAMED GROUPER WITH LIME & SHOYU

Bahan/ingredients:
1 ekor (500gr) ikan kerapu, bersihkan. 1 pcs (500 gr) grouper fish, clean.
2 cm jahe, iris. 2 cm ginger, sliced
2 siung bawang putih, cincang. 2 cloves of garlic, chopped.
1 buah jeruk nipis, iris. 1 pcs lime, sliced.
5 buah cabe rawit merah, iris. (Boleh tidak pakai) 5 pcs red cayenne, sliced. (Can be skip)
2 sdm kecap ikan premium, 2 tbsp premium soy sauce.

½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp sesame oil.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan kukusan. Preheat steamer.
2. Balur ikan dgn kecap asin dan minyak wijen, letakkan di atas pinggan tahan panas, taburkan jahe, bawang putih, jeruk nipis dan cabe di atas ikan. Marinate with soy sauce and sesame oil, place fish on a heat resistant dish, sprinkle with ginger, garlic, lime and cayenne on top of fish.
3. Kukus selama 15 menit. Dan siap dihidangkan panas. Steamed for 15 minutes. And ready to serve hot.
