Bolu marmer Pandan Coklat – Marble Pandan Chocolate Cake


BOLU MARMER PANDAN COKLAT – MARBLE PANDAN CHOCOLATE CAKE

Bahan/ingredients:
180 gr tepung utk cake. 180 gr cake flour.
175 gr gula halus. 175 gr castor sugar.
8 butir kuning telur. 8 egg yolk.
8 butir putih telur. 8 egg white.
200 gr mentega tawar leleh. 200 gr melted unsalted butter.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
50 ml air pandan suji. 50 ml pandan juice.
1 sdm coklat bubuk pekat. dark cocoa. (Hershey)

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven 180C selama 20 menit. Oles loyang dengan mentega. Preheat the oven with temperature 180C for 20 minutes. Grease the cake pan. (Crown by Signora)
2. Kocok telur dan gula hingga mengembang dengan kecepatan tinggi. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy at high speed.
3. Masukkan tepung yg sdh diayak dgn garam bertahap, sambil di kocok kecepatan paling rendah. Add the sifted flour with salt gradually, while mixing it at the lowest speed.
4. Masukkan air pandan, tambahkan mentega aduk balik hingga tata. Sisihkan. Add the pandan water, add the butter, fold until well blended. Set aside.

5. Kocok dengan kecepatan tinggi putih telur hingga berjejak. Dan masukkan bertahap ke adonan kuning telur, aduk balik hingga rata. Beat at high speed the egg whites until just set. And enter gradually into the egg yolk mixture, fold until well blended.
6. Ambil 6 sdm adonan tambahkan coklat bubuk, aduk rata. Take 6 tbsp of mixture, add cocoa powder, mix well.
7. Tuang ke dalam loyang bergantian adonan pandan dan coklat. Pour into the pan, alternating the pandan mixture and chocolate.
8. Oven selama 40-45 menit hingga matang. Lakukan dgn tes tusuk. Keluarkan cake dr loyang dan biarkan hingga suhu ruang diatas rak pendingin, iris dan sajikan. Bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked. Do it with a prick test. Remove the cake from the pan and leave it to room temperature on a cooling rack, slice and serve.
