Dadar Gulung Lembut – Soft Crepe Rolls


DADAR GULUNG LEMBUT – SOFT CREPE ROLLS

Resep ini utk 20-22 lembar dadar. This recipe for 22-24 sheet crepes.

Bahan/ ingredients:
200 gr terigu serbaguna. 200 gr all purpose flour.
30 gr tepung tapioka. 40 gr tapioca flour.
550 ml santan. 550 ml coconut milk.
50 ml juice pandan. 50 ml pandan juice.
2 btr telur, kocok lepas. 2 eggs, beat.
½ sdt garam. ½ tsp salt.
25 gr margarin (cairkan). 25 gr margarine (melted). PALMIA

Isian/filling:
½ buah kelapa setengah tua, parut. ½ coconut medium ripe, grated.
80 gr gula kelapa, 80 gr coconut sugar
2 lbr daun pandan. 2 pcs pandan leaves.
¼ sdt garam. ¼ tsp salt.
100 ml air. 100 ml water.


Cara/method:
1. Membuat isian/how to cook filling:
Campur bahan isian dan aduk rata, masak dgn api kecil hingga matang. Tapi tidak boleh kering. Sisihkan. Mix filling ingredients and stir well, simmer until cooked. But don’t too dry. Set aside.
2. Membuat dadarnya/jow to make the crepes:
Campur semua bahan, saring. Panaskan wajan anti lengket tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan dan tutup biarkan hingga bagian bawah yg menempel wajan matang, balik diatas piring, lakukan terus hingga adonan habis sambil di beri isian. Mix all ingredients, filter. Heat the non-stick skillet, pour 1 soup spoon of mixture and leave the lid until the bottom sticking to the pan is cooked, turn it over on the plate, keep doing it until the mixture runs out while adding the filling.
3. Cara membungkus/how to wrap:
Ambil selembar dadar, beri 1 sdm bahan isi dan lipat seperti membuat lumpia. Lakukkan hingga bahan habis. Take a piece of crepe, add 1 tbsp of the filling and fold it like a spring roll. Do it until the ingredients run out.
