Dadar Lipat Isi Vla Coklat – Pancake With Choco Vla


DADAR LIPAT ISI VLA COKLAT – PANCAKE WITH CHOCO VLA

Bahan/ingredients:
200 gr terigu serbaguna. 200 gr all purpose flour.
50 gr tepung tapioka. 50 gr tapioca flour.
400 ml susu tawar. 400 ml plain milk.
150 ml krim kental. 150 ml whipping cream.
50 ml juice pandan. 50 ml pandan juice.
2 btr telur, kocok lepas. 2 eggs, beat.
5 gr garam. 5 gr salt.
25 gr margarin (cairkan). 25 gr margarine (melted). PALMIA

Isian vla/vla filling:
300 ml susu segar tawar. 300 ml fresh milk plain.
100 ml whipping cair. 100 ml liquid whipping.
50 gr tepung custard. 50 gr custard flour.
40 gr gula pasir. 40 gr granulated sugar
100 gr choco compound, di parut. 100 gr grated choco compound.
2 gr garam. 2 gr salt.
2 butir kuning telur, kocok lepas. 2 beaten egg yolks.
½ sdt ekstrak vanila. ½ tsp vanilla extract.
Note: Boleh ditambah rhum. Maybe added rhum.

Cara/method:
1. Membuat isian Vla/how to make vla filling.
Campur semua bahan isian vla kecuali telur, saring, dan panaskan dengan api kecil sambil diaduk, ambil 2 sdm adonan dan campur dgn telur dan masukkan kembali ke dalam panci. Dan aduk rata hingga meletup sisihkan. Mix all ingredients except eggs, strain and heat over low heat, stirring, take 2 tbsp of dough and mix with egg and return to the pan. And mix well until popped and set aside.
2. Membuat dadarnya/how to make the crepes:
Campur semua bahan, saring. Panaskan wajan anti lengket tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan dan tutup biarkan hingga bagian bawah yg menempel wajan matang, balik diatas piring, lakukan terus hingga adonan habis sambil di beri isian. Mix all ingredients, filter. Heat the non-stick skillet, pour 1 soup spoon of mixture and leave the lid until the bottom sticking to the pan is cooked, turn it over on the plate, keep doing it until the mixture runs out while adding the filling.
3. Cara membungkus/how to wrap:
Letakkan 1 sdm adonan vla, lipat kulit ½ lingkaran dan lipat lagi menjadi ¼ lingkaran. Lakukan hingga adonan habis. Put 1 tbsp of vla filling, fold the crepe in ½ circle and fold again into ¼ circle. Do it until the dough runs out.
