Macha Castella


MACHA CASTELLA

Bahan/ingredients:
5 butir kuning telur. 5 egg yolks.
5 butir putih telur. 5 white egg.
70 gr gula pasir. 70 gr granulated sugar.
70 ml susu segar. 70 ml fresh milk.
60 ml minyak. 60 ml oil. (canola oil)
90 gr tepung terigu. 90 gr cake flour.
1 sdt vanila ekstrak. 1 tap extract vanilla.
8 gr green tea bubuk. 8 gr green tea powder.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan oven dan air dlm loyang besar selama 20 menit. Campur tepung, green tea bubuk dan ayak, sisihkan. Preheat oven and water in a large baking dish for 20 minutes. Mix flour, green tea powder and sieve, set aside.
2. Kocok putih telur dan ½ dari gula. Hingga berjejak. Sisihkan. Beat the egg whites and ½ sugar until soft peak. Set aside.
3. Campur kuning telur, dan gula kocok hingga gula tercampur rata. Tambahkan susu, minyak, aduk rata, tambahkan tepung sambil di ayak dan ekstrak vanila. Mix the egg yolks and sugar, beat until the sugar is well blended. Add milk, oil, stir well, add flour while sifting and extract vanilla.
4. Campur putih telur dan kuning telur hingga rata dengan aduk lipat dgn spatula. Mix egg white and egg yolk until blended, fold with spatula.
5. Tuang ke dlm loyang ukuran 18cm yg sdh dilapisi kertas baking, hentakkan loyang perlahan dan gunakan tusuk sate utk mengeluarkan udara. Pour into the baking pan size 18cm lined with baking paper, beat the pan slowly and use the skewers to let the air out.
6. Letakkan loyang ke dlm loyang berisi air, dan oven selama 35 menit dgn suhu 160C, lanjutkan oven selama 40 menit dengan suhu 140C dan buka sedikit oven, biarkan cake di dalam oven selama 10 menit Place the pan into the pan filled with water, and oven for 35 minutes with a temperature of 160C, continue to oven for 40 minutes with a temperature of 140C and open the oven a little, let the cake in the oven for 10 minutes.
