Roasted Chicken


ROASTED CHICKEN

Baban/ingredients:
5 paha ayam probiotik tanpa tulang. 5 pcs boneless chicken leg probiotik.
2 buah wortel besar, potong. 2 pcs carrot big size, cut.
300 gr kentang kecil, cuci bersih. 300 gr mini potato, wash.
10 siung bawang putih kupas. 10 cloves of skinless garlic.
Garam, ketumbar bubuk, lada hitam, marjoran dan blazin’ pepper steak secukupnya. Some salt, coriander, black pepper, marjoran and blazin’papper steak.

2 buah lemon ukuran sedang, 2 lemons medium size.
Mentega tawar secukupnya, some unsalted butter.
1 buah paprika merah. 1 red bell pepper.
1 buah paprika kuning. 1 yellow bell pepper.
Olive oil secukupnya. Some olive oil.

Cara/method:
1. Lumuri ayam dengan 1 buah lemon, beri bumbu2 dan tata di di loyang yg sdh dilapisi alumunium foil. Simpan di lemari es minimal 2 jam. Marinate the chicken with a lemon, add the spices and arrange on a baking sheet that has been covered with aluminum foil. Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

2. Keluarkan dr lemari es. tata wortel, dan kentang dan sebagian bawang putih dibawah ayam. Beri olive oil dan mentega juga bawang putih, letakkan paprika dan irisan lemon diatas ayam(posisi kulit ayam menghadap atas). Take it out of the fridge. Arrange the carrots and potatoes and some of the garlic under the chicken. Add olive oil, butter and garlic, add bell pepper and lemon slices on top of the chicken (chicken skin position facing up).

3. Panggang dgn suhu 230C selama 30 menit. Angkat paprika dan sisihkan, pinggirkan lemonnya. Bake at 230 C for 30 minutes. Remove the peppers and set aside, removing the lemon.

Dan lanjutkan memanggang selama 20 menit.
Dan naikkan suhu 250C selama 10 menit maka kulitnya ayam akan garing. And continue baking for 20 minutes. And raise the temperature to 250C for 10 minutes then the chicken skin will be crunchy.


4. Kembalikan paprika dan lemon diatas ayam dan siap disajikan dgn saus sambal atau tanpa sdh enak banget. Put the paprika and lemon back on top of the chicken and it’s ready to be served with chili sauce or without it’s really delicious.
