Bahan/ingredients:
1000gr singkong, kupas, parut dan peras. 1000gr cassava, peeled, grated and squeezed
200gr kelapa parut. 200gr grated coconut.
1 sdt garam. 1 tsp salt.
150gr gula merah, iris halus, 150gr brown sugar, finely slice.
Minyak untuk menggoreng. Oil for frying.

Cara/method:
1. Siapkan wadah bersih. Masukkan singkong parut dan kelapa parut ke dalam wadah. Prepare a clean bowl. Add grated cassava and grated coconut on a bowl.
2. Aduk rata hingga adonan menjadi lembek. Taburi dengan garam, aduk rata. Stir well until the dough mushy. Sprinkle with salt, stir well.
3. Ambil adonan 1 sdm adonan taruh diatas plastik, , padatkan, dan pipihkan. Beri gula merah sisir di atasnya. Padatkan dengan cara dikepal-kepalkan. Pastikan gula merah tidak keluar dan bocor saat digoreng. Take 1 tablespoon of dough, place it on the plastic, compact it, and flatten it. Put brown sugar on top. Compact it by clenching it. Make sure the brown sugar does not come out and leak when fried.
4. Panaskan minyak, goreng jemblem hingga berubah warna menjadi kuning keemasan. Note:
Heat the oil, fry the jemblem until it turn golden brown..

Note:
Bisa di goreng 1/2 matang. Utk disimpan di kulkas.
Kalo goreng harus minyak panas masukkan jemblem.
Can be fried 1/2 cooked. To be stored in the refrigerator.
When cooking, you have to add hot oil to the jemblem
