Babi Rebung – Pork Bamboo Shoots


BABI REBUNG – PORK BAMBOO SHOOTS

Bahan/ingredints:
100 gr daging giling. 100 gr ground pork.
½ buah rebung rebus siang pakai, iris tipis. ½ pcs of bamboo shoots ready to use, finely slice.
¼ buah bawang bombay, iris. ¼ pcs onion, slice.
3 siung bawang putih, cincang. 3 cloves of garlic, chop.
1 sdm minyak olive + ½ sdm minyak wijen. 1 tbsp olive oil + ½ tbsp sesame oil.
250 ml air. 250 ml water.

Bumbu/seasoning:
1 sdm kecap ikan. 1 tbsp fish sauce.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
1 sdm arak masak. 1 tbsp cooking wine.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih, bawang bombay tumis hingga harum, masukkan daging babi giling dan aduk hingga daging babi tidak menggumpal, tambahkan arak masak, aduk rata hingga harum. Heat the oil, add the garlic, sauteed onions until fragrant, add the ground pork and stir until the pork is not lumpy, add the cooking wine, stir until fragrant.
2. Masukkan rebung dan semua bumbu, aduk rata. Masukkan air dan tahu. Aduk perlahan, dan siap disajikan panas. Add the bamboo shoots and all the spices, mix well. Add water and tofu. Stir gently, and ready to serve hot.

Note:
Daging babi boleh diganti daging ayam atau daging sapi. Pork can be change with chicken or beef.
