Tahu Tomat – Tofu Tomato


TAHU TOMAT – TOFU TOMATO

Bahan/ingredients:
100 gr babi giling. 100 gr ground pork.
1 pak tahu sutra, potong dadu. 1 pack silken tofu, cut on dice.
½ buah bawang bombay, iris. ½ pcs of onion. Cut.
6 buah cabe kering, potong buang biji. 6 pcs dried chili, cut and take out the seed.
2 buah tomat merah, buang biji dan potong kasar. 2 pcs fresh red tomato, take out the seed and roughly cut.
300 ml air. 300 ml water.
3 siung bawang putih, cincang. 3 cloves of garlic, chop.
1 sdm minyak olive + ½ sdm minyak wijen. 1 tbsp olive oil + ½ tbsp sesame oil.

Bumbu/seasoning:
1 sdm saus tiram. 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
1 sdm kecap ikan. 1 tbsp fish sauce.
Garam dan lada secukupnya. Some salt and pepper.
1 sdm arak masak. 1 tbsp cooking wine.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih, bawang bombay tumis hingga harum, masukkan daging babi giling dan aduk hingga daging babi tidak menggumpal, tambahkan arak masak, aduk rata hingga harum. Heat the oil, add the garlic, sauteed onions until fragrant, add the ground pork and stir until the pork is not lumpy, add the cooking wine, stir until fragrant.
2. Masukkan tomat dan semua bumbu, aduk rata. Masukkan air dan tahu. Aduk perlahan, dan siap disajikan panas. Enter the tomatoes and all the spices, mix well. Add water and tofu. Stir gently, and ready to serve hot.

Note:
Daging babi boleh diganti daging ayam atau daging sapi. Pork can be change with chicken or beef.
