Yaki Gyutan – Sauteed Beef Tongue


YAKI GYUTAN – SAUTEED BEEF TONGUE

Bahan/ingredients:
400 gr lidah sapi iris tipis. 400 gr finely slice beef tongue.
½ buah bawang bombay, iris. ½ pcs onion, slice.
3 siung bawang putih cincang. 3 cloves of chopped garlic.
½ sdm minyak olive + ½ sdm minyak wijen. ½ tbsp olive oil + ½ tbsp sesame oil.
1 sdm mirin. 1 tbsp mirin.
½ sdm kikkoman. ½ tbsp kikkoman.
½ sdm kecap ikan. ½ tbsp fish sauce.
Lada secukupnya. Some pepper.

Cara/method:
1. Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih, tumis hingga harum, masukkan lidah sapi, aduk hingga berubah warna, masukkan mirin, aduk rata. Heat oil, add garlic, saute until fragrant, add beef tongue, stir until changing color, add mirin, stir well.
2. Masukkan bawang bombay dan bumbu, aduk rata, add onion and seasoning, stir well.
3. Sajikan panas dengan taburan biji wijen sangrai. Bisa juga disajikan diatas nasi menjadi Gyutan-don. Serve hot with sprinkle roast sesame seed on top. Can be serve with rice and called Gyutan-don( Beef Tongue Rice Bowl)
